So, who are we?

We are a specialist and Independant Education and Childcare Recruitment business. We purely deal with the Education and Childcare sector and our specialist education consultants have years of experience in this sector.

Recruiting for Schools and Nurseries is different to other recruitment and as a specialist agency we are fully aware of this and we have the specialist knowledge to be exceptional in all we do. We don't get side tracked by other disciplines and are not bound by the red tape and rules of a large organisations.

We only deal with clients in Hampshire (including Portsmouth and Southampton) and West Sussex so we are able to give that personal service that national companies just cannot manage. This means we can get to know you and your requirements very well, which allows us to provide the best service every time. We adhere to all the current legislation and recommendations regarding recruitment for schools and nurseries and we know how important it is to get it right - after all a child's education and safety is at stake.
