This week we wanted to share an insight into the bespoke portal that our candidates and clients are given access to once they begin working with us.

 

Whilst each of our clients has a dedicated Consultant they can speak to at any time, we ensure that our online service is as intuitive, stress-free and secure as possible.

 

We continually develop our online portal which is leading the way and offering useful features you’ll only find with us that save you time and reduce your workload.

 

Candidate preferences

 

As is often the case, one candidate may stand out, whether this is because of their particular skills or their knowledge of a specific subject. On the other hand we there are inevitably times when we send a candidate who you’d rather not have again. Either way, through our portal you can let us know which candidates you like and let us know those you’d prefer not to work with you again. This information is used to build a profile and is always taken into account for future bookings.

Not only does this ensure that you have a supply teacher that you can trust going forward, it also means that if they are available in the future, you can book them as soon as they are needed. You don’t have to worry about retraining and reintroducing someone, they will already know their way around.

 

Candidate availability

 

** New Feature ** Our pool of qualified candidates are regularly encouraged to keep their availability up to date via an online diary system. In your dashboard, you are able to see which candidates that have been you’re your are available when you need them, which makes planning for absences even smoother.

The availability results are displayed by the current week and following week, which means that you are able to choose from a range of qualified and available candidates, each with the appropriate expertise and skill set.

 

To make your candidate selection even easier those you have said you would prefer are highlighted and you can simply click the ‘book’ button next to the candidate you’d like and in a few easy steps submit an online booking. We will also email you each week with availability of your preferred candidates for the following week.

 

Easy online booking

 

Another feature of the online platform is your ability to easily book candidates in just a few clicks. We want to make it as seamless as possible to get the right supply staff for your role. Simply input the days you require cover, review the suggestions and shortlist the ideal candidate based on your search parameters.

 

 

You’ll also be able to review your new bookings and current bookings from the same dashboard. This information gives you the insight you need to plan lesson cover, whilst ensuring that the education of your pupils isn’t impacted by any disruption.

 

Online timesheets

 

To ensure that you are able to accurately predict your future spend on supply roles and ensure that work is completed on time; you also have access to online timesheets.

Candidates submit these timesheets, and the dashboard gives you a breakdown of the work they completed. For example, they may have been bought in for half a days work or for several days, depending on your needs. The cost of this placement will be outlined, giving you the ability to analyse how much of your budget has been invested in supply cover.

 

What else does it include?

 

As well as the aforementioned features, the system has also been developed to give you full access to the rest of the documentation, reports and insights you will need to manage your supply roles. These features include:

 

  • Full details of all bookings, both past and future
  • Access to invoices
  • Purchase Order number management
  • Full Safeguarding profiles for all candidates
  • In-depth reports
