An experienced Education Recruitment Consultant is required to join an independent business in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear

We specialise solely in the provision of both temporary and permanent staff and work with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools, as well as Nurseries and Pre-schools.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team from January 2019. Are you currently working in the industry but feel that you are just a ‘number’? Do you believe that you can add more to a business and influence the day to day operations of a successful team; in turn feeling more valued as an employee for your contribution to the company’s success?

Essential criteria for this role:

  • You MUST have previous experience within the recruitment industry, ideally within the education sector
  • A good understanding of the full 360-recruitment cycle
  • A strong sales background is required as business development will be a large part of this role
  • Transport is essential as you will be expected to visit clients as part of the sales role
  • You must have a desire to succeed in sales and be driven by targets
  • Have the ability to communicate with clients and candidates, both face to face and on the telephone

This is a full-time position working shifts between 7am and 5.45pm, Monday to Friday. In return we can offer an extremely competitive salary and a generous uncapped monthly commission structure. We also offer Private healthcare, pension contribution and a minimum of 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days with long service, PLUS 8 bank holidays.
