Salary: £120.00 to £140.00 /day

MFL Teacher required for a long term, part-time contract starting in October 2018. Our client, a successful and oversubscribed school based near Fareham, is looking to appoint a talented and inspirational Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (French/Spanish).

The successful candidate will be a ‘consistently good’ to ‘outstanding’ classroom practitioner with a real passion for modern foreign languages, who is self-motivated, reflective and an excellent team player. You will be a key member of the department, creating a passion for languages and a commitment to quality learning for all students across Key Stage 3 and 4.

Over the last few years, the school have had consistently high achievement in French and Spanish. This post would be suitable for colleagues currently paid on Main or Upper pay ranges and applications from Newly Qualified Teachers would also be very welcome.

The successful candidate must be able to teach French and Spanish to GCSE level and will be required to carry out the role of a permanent member of staff. For this reason we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher who is able to plan, prepare and carry out engaging lessons.

You must also hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have recent secondary teaching experience in the UK to be familiar with the current curriculum.
