An experienced Education Recruitment Consultant is required to join an independent recruitment business in Wallsend – salary up to £26k basic PLUS uncapped commission

We specialise solely in the provision of both temporary and permanent staff and work with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools, as well as Nurseries and Pre-schools.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, full-time Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Are you currently working in the recruitment industry but believe that you can add more to a business and influence the day to day operations of a successful team; in turn feeling more valued as an employee for your contribution to the company’s success?

Essential criteria for this role:

  • You must be a driver with your own transport as you will be required to visit clients across the region
  • You must have previous experience within the recruitment industry, ideally within the education sector although ongoing training will be provided
  • A good understanding of the full 360-recruitment cycle
  • Previous business development/ sales experience is essential
  • You will have a strong desire to succeed in sales and be driven by targets
  • Have the ability to communicate with clients and candidates, both face to face and on the telephone
  • Be a true team player with a dedicated approach in all that you do

This is a full-time position working shifts between 7am and 5.45pm, Monday to Friday. In return we can offer an extremely competitive salary and a generous uncapped monthly commission structure.
