Salary: £131.87 – £174.87/day

Hours: Full Time – One Year Fixed Term Contract

Location: Southampton

Duration: September 2021 – July 2022

Simply Supply are actively seeking a Maths Teacher to join a thriving, welcoming and community focused Southampton Academy School from September 2021. The school strives to offer exceptional education with tailored support, enrichment opportunities and a varied curriculum.

This is a long-term, full-time contract until July 2022. Full teaching timetable. NQT’s and Instructor Teachers are also welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities of being a Maths Teacher:

  • Be able to teach Maths to GCSE level and will be required to carry out the role of a permanent member of staff.
  • For this reason we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher who is able to plan, prepare and carry out engaging lessons.
  • Hold QTS.
  • Have recent secondary teaching experience in the UK.
  • Be a Maths specialist.
  • Be friendly and open to new challenges
  • If overseas-qualified the qualification confirmed by UK NARIC and sound knowledge of the UK Education system and National Curriculum
