Position: Accounts Administrator – 10 hours per week

Location: Gosport, Hampshire

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Starting Salary: £ 10.70 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and training

Simply Supply are currently working with a very well supported, lovely home-from-home day nursery in the area of Gosport, Hampshire.

A 28-place setting, they offer care for children from birth to 4 years across two rooms and they are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their office team for just 10 hours a week.  Hours are very flexible, however you would be required to work on a Tuesday to process staff payroll.  Experience of using Sage payroll is essential.

They do have parking on site but for those applicants who don’t drive, the nursery is accessible via a local bus route.

Requirements for the role of Accounts Administrator

  • Previous experience of working in an accounts administration role is essential, in particular to be able to process payroll using Sage accounts
  • Accounts payable experience is also essential
  • Well organised and good attention to detail
  • GCSE Grade c or above in Maths
  • A relevant qualification in accounting/payroll is also desirable

Benefits include 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata).
